YOU HAVE SHARES IN THE START-UPS IN WHICH WE INVEST

Each time we secure investment capital, we establish a Special Venture Vehicle (SPV). The SPV serves as the entity holding equity in the startup on behalf of our investors.

FEE STRUCTURE

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON HAVING A TRANSPARENT FEE STRUCTURE

Unlike traditional investment funds and venture capital, we only take a 15% cut from the profits you make when you eventually go public. So, if you hit it big, we do too! Our goals are perfectly in sync!

STRUCTURING FEE

Depending on your membership level, you pay a percentage of each investment.

MANAGEMENT FEE

We charged a managing fee to the Special Purpose Vehicule (SPV) with a 5-year limit.

PERFORMANCE FEE

You only pay once, and only in the event of a capital gain from resale. We only win if you win.

ORGANIZATIONAL FEE

These are legal and administrative fees we charge for formation, events and maintenance.

HOW MUCH ARE THE FEES

THE FEES YOU PAY IN PERCENTAGE

3% - 5% structuring fee: Depending on your membership level, you pay a percentage of each investment.
5% management fee: Charged to the SPV dedicated to the operation with a 5-year limit.
15% performance fee: You pay this once, and only in the event of a resale. We only earn if you earn.
